活动分析：
我们知道，一般酒店的价格分为BFR（best flexible rate）和BAR（Bar availabel rate）两种。BFR是最低的灵活房价，在更改、退订等方面有优势，BAR是当天最低房价，不能退改的。一般酒店促销时都是以BFR的价格为基准，希尔顿这次的促销折扣直接用BAR价为基准，在酒店促销里算是比较少见的。虽然条款里说是5%-20%的折扣，那力度也算是不错了。
不过这个促销价格必须提前7天预订，而且预订时就会直接从信用卡扣款，如果有更改、no-show，都是不能退款的。适合于那些行程已经完全确定，不再变更的朋友。如果有刚需的话，不妨下手预订吧。
