Prices "from" are valid for one room (up to the number of guests allowed). Reservations can be made online via the website, through the call center or by contacting the hotel directly.
Offers are subject to hotel conditions and availability, in addition to the availability of the offer at the chosen hotel. You have a few moments to validate the conditions of the rate: when selecting hotels, rooms and before finalizing your purchase.
Depending on the country of the hotel, these prices may not include taxes, may include only VAT/IGV or may include all taxes (VAT/IGV and tourist tax). When prices do not include all taxes, the relevant taxes (VAT/IGV and/or tourist tax) will be indicated in the following steps of the reservation process.
Rates may or may not include breakfast.

OUR RATES
FLEXIBLE RATE
• Cancellation/Modification: No penalty until 11:59 p.m. on the day prior to the guest’s arrival at the hotel for in-person check-in. After this period, the hotel will charge the first night as a penalty in case the guest does not cancel within the indicated period. Additional restrictions may apply in some countries/hotels (see conditions when selecting the hotel, room and/or finalizing your reservation).
• Online Reservations: Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of making the online reservation. The same card used at the time of the online reservation must be presented upon arrival at the hotel to guarantee payment for the full stay. Failure to present said card may result in the cancellation of the reservation or its non-effectiveness.

NON-FLEXIBLE RATE
• Payment: The reservation is guaranteed with a valid credit card and payment will be made at the hotel at check-in, unless online payment is allowed in the country/hotel of purchase.
• Online Reservations and Payment Brazil: Available for selected hotels in Brazil, for prepaid rates with Elo, Visa and Mastercard cards issued in Brazil, including to foreigners and/or non-residents who meet the requirements required by country/hotel. Please check if the hotel of your choice offers this payment option.
• Cancellation/Modification: In case of cancellation or modification, the amount paid will not be refundable. Please note that a change in the period or duration of your reservation may result in a change in the rate.
